It&#8217;s hurting.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" define how a company communicates, attracts and grows.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In practice, they often fail.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Not for lack of technical competence.  <br\/>But because of a lack of strategic direction.  <\/p>\n\n<p>When the direction is unclear:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any channel may seem suitable  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any action can be justified  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any result can be interpreted  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>But few have any real impact.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" a lack of action:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More campaigns  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More content  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More presence  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>But when there is no direction, doing more only increases the noise.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Well-structured companies with competent teams end up stuck in cycles of continuous execution without consistent progress.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Not for lack of effort, but because they are optimizing without knowing what for.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Direction is not an abstract concept.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s a decision-making system.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In practice, a company with clear direction is able to answer four questions unambiguously:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Where you want to grow  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What position you want to occupy in the market  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What kind of customer you want to attract  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What should be consistent in your communication  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Without these answers, marketing becomes reactive.  <\/p>\n\n<p>With them, it becomes intentional.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" direction doesn&#8217;t just manifest itself in poor results.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It manifests itself in wear and tear.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teams running without alignment  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investments that don&#8217;t accumulate  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Messages that don&#8217;t build recognition  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decisions constantly reviewed  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This cost rarely appears in reports.  <\/p>\n\n<p>But it&#8217;s what prevents consistent are present, the problem is not with the execution:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The strategy changes frequently  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Everything seems to be a priority  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communication is not consistent  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The results are volatile  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decisions are taken on a case-by-case basis  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In these contexts, marketing does not fail for lack of quality.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It fails due to lack of set of actions.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It becomes a coherent system.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The main change is not in the actions.  <br\/>It&#8217;s in the way you decide.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The question is no longer:  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;What should we do now?&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>And it becomes:  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Does this bring us closer to the direction we&#8217;ve set?&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n<p>This difference drastically reduces: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dispersion  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rework  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Waste of resources  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>And it increases: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consistency  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decision speed  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Predictability of results  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-um-padrao-comum-em-empresas-sem-direcao\"><strong>A common pattern in companies with no direction <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>This pattern is often repeated:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investment spread over several channels  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Campaigns without continuity  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frequent changes in positioning <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The result is predictable:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presence without impact  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traffic without conversion  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effort without growth  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Not for lack of ability.  <br\/>But for lack marketing comes decision  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Before defining channels, campaigns or content, there is work that cannot be ignored.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Clearly answer to three critical dimensions: <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-objetivo-de-crescimento\"><strong>1. Growth goal <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rapid growth  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Premium positioning  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expansion  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Without this definition, marketing becomes contradictory.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-espaco-no-mercado\"><strong>2. Market space  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be more accessible  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be more specialized  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be more differentiated  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Without a choice, there is no positioning.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-cliente-certo\"><strong>3. The right customer  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Not all customers are desirable.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Without a clear definition, communication is diluted.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-estrategia-de-marketing-ou-qualidade-de-decisao\"><strong>Marketing strategy or decision quality?  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The problem rarely lies in the marketing strategy itself.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s in the way decisions are made.  <\/p>\n\n<p>No criteria:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trends follow  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitors are copied  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adjusts constantly  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>With direction:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noise is eliminated  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Logical prioritization  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Building consistency  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Effective marketing doesn&#8217;t start with ideas.  <\/p>\n\n<p>It starts with decisions.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-papel-do-conteudo-neste-contexto\"><strong>The role of content in this context  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The content is a direct reflection of the direction.  <\/p>\n\n<p>When there is direction:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The message is consistent  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The positioning is clear  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Authority is built up over time  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>When it doesn&#8217;t exist:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The content varies  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The message is diluted  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The impact disappears  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-num-contexto-de-ia-e-pesquisa-a-direcao-tornou-se-critica\"><strong>In a context of AI and research, direction has become critical <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Today, it&#8217;s not enough to produce content.  <\/p>\n\n<p>You need to produce content: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structured  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consistent  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Search engines and AI systems value exactly that.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Without direction, even well-produced content loses relevance.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faq\"><strong>FAQ  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Is the problem with marketing strategies?<\/strong> <br\/>In most cases, no. The problem lies in the lack of direction that guides these strategies.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why do many marketing decisions have no impact?<\/strong> <br\/>Because they are taken in isolation, without a clear criterion linking them to a greater goal.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Does having a well-defined strategy solve the problem?<\/strong> <br\/>Only if this strategy is accompanied by consistent decisions over time.
